This is my first time ever posting something like this.. I am a 44 yr old single mother of a 12 yr old daughter. Who is an exceptional child. Very loving, very understanding, and very mature for her age. She is also turning 13yrs old on the 26th of December. This year was a very hard year for us. For I am unemployed and bearly making ends meet. Right now, the simplest things is hard to provide at this moment. My daughter is in need of warm clothing. Our living situation is hard because we stay with a friend who has many problems of her own. Which makes it difficult for us to maintain a secure place for our personal belongings because somehow they disappear. Food is scarce here because what we buy is for the whole house hold. But its gone in 2 days. My daughter gets left with no milk at times and that really makes me so mad. But I have nowhere else to go and have no money to move at this point. My daughter is miserable living here because its always her stuff or my stuff that always disappears. This year we didn't even have a Thanksgiving dinner because my ride to California wasn't able to take us, that is were my family lives. Fortunately, I do have a friend who brought us dinner that night. I just need a little help with warm clothing for my daughter and help with food and somewhere where we can move to that doesn't need a deposit to move in. And hopefully a Christmas and a great birthday for her this year. Because at this point it is looking like a hardship for us. If there is anyone who is willing to help with donations or food and warm clothing we would greatly be appreciated for the support.
